Hawaii Bookmark understands and is aware shipment service providers, the USPS, FedEx, and UPS, are experiencing challenges and continue to play a crucial role in keeping commerce moving and delivering critical relief during the COVID-19 global crisis.
We understand and are aware that the USPS, FedEx, and UPS, are also facing increased demand despite the reduced capacity available in the global market due to the flight cancellations by passenger and cargo airlines.
These situations result in network changes and temporary service adjustments for the USPS, FedEx Express, and UPS shipments.
Please note that the information is subject to change without prior notice due to the dynamic nature of the COVID-19 global crisis situation.

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to customers across United States and Canada, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.
Order Delivery Time
All delivery dates will based off the tracking number provided when the product is picked up and shipped out. FedEx packages can be tracked through the tracking number provided.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
- Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality checks, and packaging are completed in our fulfillment department located in Hilo, Hawaii. Once the orders are recorded and verified, they are sent to our Kea'au warehouse, on the Big Island of Hawaii, and prompted for dispatch within 24 hours.. Orders made in the Hawaii and Pacific Standard Time Zones are usually processed and shipped the same business day with the exception of Friday, which will add an additional 1-2 business days.
- Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. International delivery will be through FedEx and usually takes about 7–14 business days to arrive at their destination, but can take longer from time to time. Continental US orders are shipped either using USPS or FedEx services and 3-10 business days.
International Shipments
Currently Hawaii Bookmark only ships to the United States, Canada, Japan, and China. We cannot ship to any other locations at this time due to the COVID-19 global crisis situation. In addition, International Shipments can be subject to additional brokerage fees, duty fees, and taxes, which are to paid by the customer.

Special Order Products
Our special order products can take from 7-28 days to arrive depending on the product. Check the individual product page for more information on special order production times.
Special order crafting and custom work have a shipping and handling fee based off the amount of items being ordered:
- $0.00 - $199.99 = $20 charge
- $200.00 - $399.99 = $10 charge
- $400.00 and up = $0 charge
Handling Charges
A handling charge will be added to account for cost of packing and preparing orders for shipment and is calculated as a percentage of the shipping rate.
Return Shipments
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
